One of the essential factors in dealing with emotional upheaval resulting from stress at work or at home, is the grounding or balancing of our energy. When we are upset, we become ungrounded. When our minds are peaceful, and we are grounded, we can make sound decisions and even change our perception of a given situation.
We can become mindful, knowing that feelings and situations are impermanent, that they will pass, and that we have the power to chose our reactions to stressors.
